We are currently focusing on building our current Chapters in Ashburn, Reston, Tysons, Springfield and our newest virtual chapter. As we continue to grow, we intend on opening chapters in MD, DC and VA.

The first step to becoming a member of neXco National is to visit a chapter! We welcome guests at any of our chapter meetings.
Once you find a chapter that is a good fit and has your professional seat open you can submit an application on our website. After your second meeting and three 1-2-1’s with members of the chapter you with to join a vote will be initiated. You must receive 80% of more “yes” votes from the neXco chapter you are apply for. You would then pay the annual membership dues to join officially.

$850 annual fee, no application fee applies. For year one: this includes a custom head shot, video and your profile listed on our site.

Dues are non-refundable.

Core chapters are made up of both B2C and B2B individuals and organizations.
Our B2B chapters require their members to market exclusively to businesses.
A commercial real estate agent that focuses exclusively on the commercial market can join a Core or B2B chapter, or both. The residential real estate agent is limited to joining a core chapter.

Organizational sponsors are sponsoring the entire entity which includes the sponsorship package at all of our B2B events.
Chapter sponsors are specific to each Chapter. For example, The National Conference Center is the Ashburn Chapter Sponsor. We hold our monthly meetings at their property. However, they are not an organizational sponsor.

Each chapter meets monthly for 1.5 hours.

Usually, each respective chapter will meet at the host sponsor facility. For example, the Ashburn, VA chapter meets at their host National Conference Center. However, due to the global pandemic all of our chapters are meeting virtually via Zoom.

Yes! You may visit a chapter 2x to see if it is the right fit. If you are an exclusive B2B networker, please check our “Chapter Openings” under the “Visit a Chapter” tab and see what chapter(s) your seat is open. If there are no openings or locations convenient for you, you can consider opening your own chapter, more info can be found here: Start a Chapter.

B2B groups are focused exclusively on professionals that are targeting businesses 100%. You will be networking with your peers. Further, we have a strong vetting process to ensure each individual is the right fit for the group. Each individual member understands his/her success is tied directly in each other’s success.

Each member will attend meetings twice a month. If you are unable to make a meeting, you can send a delegate to represent your organization. All activity (1-to-1’s, referrals, business closed) should be reported and kept current via our app.
At neXco National, we have a 10-point requirement per quarter, you receive a point for every guest you bring to a meeting, every referral you pass and every 1 to 1 you have with a member or guest. Every 1 to 1 will count as 1 point, up to a maximum of 5 per quarter. The remainder of the 10 points will come from referrals and guests.
All members are committed to being responsive and to ensuring all communications are returned within 24 hours. Any referred business will be delivered with the highest quality ensuring the client is 100% satisfied with the deliverable.

Members not meeting the 10 point standard will be placed on probation and have the next calendar quarter to achieve 10 points to return to good standing. If any member is in violation of the 10 point standard over two consecutive quarters, the chapter leadership team will decide whether or not the member will continue their membership in the chapter. If chapter leadership decides to terminate the membership, no refunds will be provided. If any member is in violation of the 10 point standard over three consecutive quarters, their membership will be terminated immediately, no refunds will be provided.

Yes! Each Chapter has a President, Vice President, Recordkeeper and Visitor Liaison Leader.

Membership renewals are processed annually on the anniversary of a members start month – payment is due 1st of the anniversary month. Members will be billed 60 days in advance of renewal. We offer a 7 day grace period but will begin the off-boarding process and attach a $50 admin fee if payment or intent to renew is not received by the due date.
