Any organization who seeks to not only do things right from the point of view of federal, state, or local legal compliance, but who is also interested in building a solid culture and embracing modern approaches to managing their most precious asset; their human capital! From start-ups thinking about how to begin hiring employees, to long-established large firms with a complete HR infrastructure already built, we can provide different types of support to match the needs of the organization and we are equally flexible in the way we structure our contracts and payment plans. Most clients range in size from 20-500 staff members though we’ve worked outside of those ranges as well.
