David graduated from Columbia Law School in 1999 and began a career on Wall Street practicing mergers and acquisitions for large, multi-national corporations. He then transitioned to Silicon Valley in order to represent venture capitalists and tech companies.
He has continued to grow his corporate practice while also taking time to raise children, a number of whom work to overcome special needs.
David has been heavily involved in volunteerism during his time in Fairfax and Loudoun counties, as the Chairman of the Fairfax County Public Schools Health Advisory Committee for three years, a PTA president for two years, teaching financial literacy to at-risk youth, coaching youth sports, and the list goes on.
In addition to his legal practice, David operates Oak Hill Educational Advocacy, which represents special-needs children and working with schools to ensure appropriate accommodations are in place. He is also in the process of forming a nonprofit corporation to provide legal and advocacy services for underprivileged families in the community.
When he’s not in the office, David is an active and engaged father of a beautiful blended family and enjoys time with his kids every chance he gets.
